Our Personal Training and Private Group Training is the perfect way to put a closer focus on the fitness and health goals you want to achieve. Whether your goal is fat loss, fitness or body shape changes our coaches are able to guide towards your goal.  
We have a range of options to pick from, whether you want one to one sessions with your dedicated J13 Fitness coach or small private group training alongside a friend, we tailor your program to suit your needs and what works for you.
Each package includes 60 minutes per session PLUS, nutrition support and regular check-ins with your coach.
